What you'll do

Provide remote software installation services for the SmartPay and Ensenta platforms.
Ensure all software applications are installed correctly and are fully functional for customers.
Manage a high volume of tasks ranging from quick actions to complex assignments.
Execute repetitive tasks consistently and accurately to meet daily performance standards.
Analyze payment transaction processing as needed.
Communicate with customers to troubleshoot issues and escalate problems to the appropriate resources.
Complete special projects with diverse requirements and aggressive deadlines.
Participate in an on-call rotation one week each month to support business needs.

What we're looking for

Must have a minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical helpdesk setting.
Must be able to work 8:00am - 5:00pm CST and participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
Must be able to work remotely within the United States, excluding California.
Must be able to perform remote software installation and maintenance for SmartPay and Ensenta platforms.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills for customer service and troubleshooting.
Must be able to manage high-volume tasks and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Understanding of the payments industry (preferred).
