Applications Analyst III

What you'll do

• Provide remote or on-site software installation services to ensure applications are fully functional.
• Analyze existing customer products to map current systems to Jack Henry products.
• Consult with customers to define specific parameters within the software application.
• Train customers on the use and feature functionality of the application.
• Assist customers in validating the accurate conversion of all data.
• Analyze transaction processing and notify appropriate personnel of any application issues.
• Mentor and provide training to other employees.

What we're looking for

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a bank and/or credit union.
• Must have 1 year of item processing experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% to customer locations, including potential weekend work.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of specific office locations in TX, KS, AL, NC, IA, KY, MO, or MO.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• SQL school and/or work experience (preferred).
• Microsoft Windows OS experience (preferred).
