  • Author and maintain accurate test records, reports, and compliance checklists.
  • Handle physical systems, cables, and benchtop instrumentation during hardware testing.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with physical electronic hardware, wiring, and benchtop instrumentation like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
  • Working knowledge of circuit analysis, electromagnetic theory, and electronic systems from coursework or projects.
  • Ability to configure and administer computer systems, files, software tools, and instrumentation interfaces in a lab environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and follow detailed technical, regulatory, and procedural documents with high accuracy.
  • Proven commitment to strictly following established procedures, test protocols, and safety guidelines in a hardware lab.
  • Familiarity with EMC/EMI concepts, international standards (FCC Part 15, CISPR 32, IEC 61000), Python scripting, or signal integrity (preferred).
