What you'll do
Understand technical requirements, concepts of operation, and architecture for overall solution.
Lead project's technical discussions and collaborate on process development.
Identify and mitigate technical risks to deployment plans in collaboration with PMs.
Serve as the design authority for supported solutions and act as technical counterpart in meetings.
Initiate problem-solving actions and conduct root cause analysis for system improvements.
What we're looking for
At least 5+ years of experience in Public Safety Application deployment, integration, operations, or administration.
Strong background in designing and implementing complex systems, including integration with third-party products and services.
Technical expertise in server virtualization (VMware, OpenShift), database servers (Microsoft SQL Server), and networking (TCP/IP).
Proven ability to lead highly complex projects and manage technical risks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and customers.
Knowledge of Public Safety operating environments and familiarity with Next Generation Public Safety trends and standards.
Self-motivated team player capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
