What you'll do

Support enterprise generative AI capabilities including ChatGPT Enterprise and custom GPTs.
Assess user use cases for feasibility, risk, and scalability to identify appropriate delivery paths.
Convert user feedback into prioritized requirements, reusable patterns, and self-service guidance.
Partner with security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure responsible AI governance.
Conduct pilots, workshops, and demonstrations to build user confidence and identify adoption barriers.
Track platform adoption and feedback to communicate updates and improvement recommendations.

What we're looking for

Experience in enterprise technology, technical enablement, internal tools, product, solutions, or a related field.
Practical familiarity with generative AI platforms, custom assistants, or GPTs and common enterprise use cases.
Ability to assess use cases for user value, feasibility, risk, and scalability.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills to translate technical capabilities into clear guidance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business, engineering, security, and governance partners.
Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in generative AI, cloud, product management, program management, change management, or information security (preferred).
