Enterprise Data Analyst Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead the gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication of business and technical requirements for new solutions.
• Develop user stories and user acceptance criteria for Epics to drive data component planning.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications with architects.
• Perform data profiling to understand data structures and perform source-to-target data mapping.
• Validate that business and technical requirements are met during project delivery and User Acceptance Testing.
• Identify healthcare and technology trends to analyze implications for business data products.
• Represent stakeholder interests by driving business needs through to the implementation phase.

What we're looking for

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 7 years of Data & Analytics experience.
• Hold a technical certification or relevant college courses with 11 years of Data & Analytics experience.
• Have experience in Healthcare IT/Data (preferred: 5-7 years).
• Possess strong experience in database platforms such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop, or Azure.
• Have experience with job schedulers like Zena or Control-M and written languages like SQL, Python, or Spark.
• Demonstrate experience in database configuration, modeling concepts, and Source to Target data mapping.
• Possess knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Iterative Development.
• Have knowledge of FHIR interoperability standards and experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (preferred).
