Enterprise Cybersecurity Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and implement security automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and scale.
• Use Python scripting and REST/SOAP APIs to integrate security systems into the SOAR platform.
• Manage and maintain existing integrations, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Create and execute test plans for new integrations and automated processes.
• Identify areas for improvement by refactoring code or adopting new tools and technologies.
• Provide engineering services for feature requests and bug support within the security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with operations teams to gather requirements for designing and developing automation solutions.

What we're looking for

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• 4+ years of experience with programming using Python, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with network and system management tools like Splunk, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, Nitro, or ArcSight.
• 3+ years of experience with playbook development using SOAR platforms such as Swimlane, Phantom, ServiceNow, Tines, or Demisto.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, threat management, or security engineering.
• Experience using cloud provider services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to create and execute test plans for new integrations and automation.
• Bachelor's degree.
