What you'll do

Implement and maintain program Configuration Management Plans (CMPs).
Control baselines across both hardware and software domains.
Manage documentation and software repositories in accordance with Navy standards.
Facilitate Navy-standard change management processes and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
Develop CM plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation templates.
Prepare Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and manage technical data.
Perform configuration audits and manage system baseline development.
Mentor and supervise team members in a Navy acquisition environment.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in Configuration Management.
Ability to manage CM across hardware and software domains per Navy technical documentation standards.
Ability to develop CM plans, SOPs, and documentation templates.
Experience facilitating CCBs, preparing ECPs, or using tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Dimensions CM (preferred).
Experience in systems engineering, MBSE, DoD acquisition lifecycle, or technical reviews (preferred).
CMII, PMP, ITIL, or DAWIA Level II/III certifications (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree.
