Configuration Manager

What you'll do

• Sustain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) tracking all SD-WAN and network assets.
• Ensure network configurations comply with DISA and DoD CIO encryption and cybersecurity standards.
• Manage network baselines aligned with change control actions and incident resolution within the ITSM system.
• Maintain configuration control artifacts to support accreditation and monitoring under the DoD Risk Management Framework.
• Assist in developing a baseline E2E M365 SaaS architecture and configuration in a hybrid environment.
• Assess planned and requested changes for risk, impact, and compliance with higher-level policies.
• Verify and validate that approved changes achieve expected outcomes and monitor future releases.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a current TOP SECRET Security Clearance.
• Must have a BS or Masters degree.
• Requires 5+ years of IT experience.
• Requires current certifications in Azure Fundamentals and Azure Administrator.
• Experience with Enterprise IT Configuration Management tools and hybrid IT architectures across on-premise and SaaS offerings.
• Working knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework and the DoD Risk Management Framework.
• Familiar with tracking enterprise changes and version control of assets and configuration items.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and networking.
