Senior Enterprise Architect

What you'll do

• Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Create strategic roadmaps for transitioning systems to future states aligned with business goals.
• Implement automated governance capabilities including standards-as-code and AI-assisted review workflows.
• Monitor architecture health metrics, compliance, and drift detection across infrastructure and data flows.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to enterprise architects on technical service capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to resolve conflicts and align priorities between different business units.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable information for executive leadership and business partners.
• Mitigate risks by ensuring all architecture designs adhere to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required, though a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• A master's degree or PhD is preferred.
• Candidates should have 8 or more years of industry-relevant experience.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture domains including business, data, application, and technology architecture is required.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is required.
• Experience with machine learning (ML) and service oriented architecture technologies are preferred.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for executives and manage stakeholder relationships is required.
• Skills in risk assessment and strategic thinking are preferred.
