As an Enterprise Agentic AI Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team to support Project Keystone, an initiative modernizing core business systems including Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning. You will be responsible for agentic AI prototyping, business process modernization, data reporting, and coordinating delivery activities across multiple workstreams. Your daily work involves designing and implementing agent orchestration frameworks, agent loops, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns to transform manual workflows into automated solutions. The role requires expertise in LLM platforms like OpenAI and Databricks, prompt engineering for reliability, and MCP usage for integrating external tools. You will solve complex problems within the domain of enterprise business systems by leveraging your skills in machine learning, intelligent automation, and technical requirements translation to ensure scalable, secure, and well-governed digital capabilities.
Design and build practical agentic AI systems to automate manual business workflows.
Develop agent orchestration frameworks including agent loops, tool-calling workflows, and multi-agent interaction patterns.
Implement prompt engineering techniques to ensure reliability, controllability, and high task performance for LLMs.
Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Modernize core enterprise systems such as Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and ERP platforms.
Integrate AI-enabled solutions with existing enterprise platforms like Icertis, Ivalua, and Costpoint.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary workstreams including data reporting, system testing, and organizational change readiness.
What we're looking for
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technology field.
Master’s degree (preferred).
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation, technology modernization, AI-enabled solutions, program delivery, or business process improvement initiatives.
3+ years of experience supporting AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, or emerging technology initiatives.
3+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into requirements, implementation plans, and actionable recommendations.
1+ years of experience designing, developing, evaluating, or implementing agentic AI applications in prototype or production environments.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, tool-calling workflows, prompt engineering, and LLM platforms like OpenAI and Databricks.
