What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Medical Device or IVD product development
  • Associate’s degree or technical diploma in a related STEM field
  • Expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex electromechanical systems, fluidics, and control electronics
  • Proficient use of test and measurement instruments and precision hand tools
  • Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes of failures under tight deadlines
