Senior Engineering Technician, EW

What you'll do

• Assemble and troubleshoot circuit board and system-level test stations.
• Perform electrical rework, modifications, and precision PCB repairs.
• Support integration of automated test stations with various equipment.
• Execute test procedures for troubleshooting integrated assemblies.
• Build cable assemblies and wiring harnesses for EW systems.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly and prototype builds.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with proficiency in PCB rework down to 0201 components.
• Experience with cable harness fabrication, crimping, and wiring assemblies.
• Good understanding of ESD, safety, and clean-lab protocols.
• Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics accurately.
• Secret security clearance required.
