What you'll do

  • Perform installation and maintenance of medical imaging equipment for R&D activities.

  • Maintain documentation and records for quality control and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and manage laboratory workspaces and configurations for testing readiness.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment movement, shipping, and offsite testing support.
  • Ensure safe operation of energized equipment by following established safety protocols.

What we're looking for

  • Associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical support for complex equipment/systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments and safety protocols.
