Join our dynamic R&D Engineering team as an Engineering Technician, where you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems for electromagnetic warfare. Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating RF test equipment, conducting tests in specialized environments like anechoic chambers, assembling and calibrating test setups, troubleshooting RF systems, and performing basic soldering tasks. You’ll also support the assembly of prototypes and production units, manage lab maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project progress. Essential skills include extensive hands-on experience with RF testing and validation tools, strong troubleshooting abilities, and knowledge of safety regulations and clean lab procedures. Experience in defense or aerospace is preferred, along with advanced soldering skills and familiarity with environmental testing methods.

Basic soldering skills for modifying and repairing RF components.
Ability to assemble mechanical and electrical systems under engineering guidance.
Knowledge of RF connectors, cable assemblies, and safety protocols.
