Engineering Technician - RF Systems 5

What you'll do

• Perform advanced testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of high-power RF systems using schematics and test plans.
• Assemble and diagnose complex RF subsystems including matching networks, sensors, and power delivery components.
• Conduct system-level and component-level fault isolation for electrical, mechanical, and RF failures.
• Operate electronic and RF test equipment such as VNAs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power meters.
• Support prototype bring-up, integration, modification, and validation in collaboration with development engineers.
• Maintain accurate documentation including test results, procedures, build records, and troubleshooting notes.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting electrical, RF, or semiconductor equipment in a lab environment.
• Proficiency with high-power RF systems, including matching networks, sensors, and calibration techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for system-level and component-level issues across various subsystems.
• Experience using RF test equipment such as VNAs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and DMMs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
