Join our dynamic R&D Engineering team as a Senior Engineering Technician focused on electromagnetic warfare (EW) systems, where you will work closely with manufacturing and design engineers to build and test cutting-edge electronic hardware. Your responsibilities include assembling and troubleshooting circuit board and system-level test stations, performing electrical rework, supporting automated test station integration, executing test procedures for integrated assemblies, and maintaining lab organization while adhering to ESD-safe practices. You must have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency with PCB rework, and familiarity with various test equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies. Prior EW or defense sector experience is preferred, along with knowledge of automated test software and inventory/tracking tools.

What you'll do

Assemble and troubleshoot circuit board and system-level test stations.
Perform electrical rework, modifications, and precision PCB repairs.
Support integration of automated test stations with various equipment.
Execute test procedures for troubleshooting integrated assemblies.
Build cable assemblies and wiring harnesses for EW systems.

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly and prototype builds.
Strong troubleshooting skills with proficiency in PCB rework down to 0201 components.
Experience with cable harness fabrication, crimping, and wiring assemblies.
Good understanding of ESD, safety, and clean-lab protocols.
Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics accurately.
Secret security clearance required.
