Key requirements include experience with machine learning development workflows, model evaluation, quality metrics, data pipelines, and testing, build, and release processes for complex software. You will solve problems related to scaling evaluation pipelines for voice assistant technologies.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end evaluation programs from requirements and system architecture through milestones and risk management.
Define the evaluation roadmap and align evaluation needs across various Siri features.
Scale evaluation pipelines to keep pace with model and product development.
Ensure evaluation results are reproducible, trustworthy, and actionable for assessing model quality.
Identify and close gaps in evaluation coverage, throughput, and turnaround time.
Provide timely, objective updates on program status, risks, critical issues, and plan changes.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure the right decisions are made across teams.

What we're looking for

5+ years of program or project management experience in software development, machine learning, or a related field.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs, and testing, build, and release processes for complex software.
Experience driving and delivering critical project features involving integration with multiple different teams.
Familiarity with ML development workflows, including model evaluation, quality metrics, and data pipelines.
Proven track record of leading and shipping multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide concise status reports and executive-level messaging.
Experience with voice assistant technologies, LLM/agentic AI evaluation, or scaling evaluation infrastructure (preferred).
