What you'll do

What we're looking for

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project or program management leading cross-functional software engineering teams.
Solid understanding of system architecture and design trade-offs for complex software or machine learning models.
Thorough understanding of testing, build, and release processes.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and resolve conflicts within large, complex teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation.
Prior experience in hands-on software development is preferred.
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
