Engineering Product Manager, Cisco Partner Incentive

What you'll do

• Maintain full ownership of a defined product roadmap over 6–12-month horizons.
• Develop multi-quarter prioritization plans based on customer feedback, performance, and dependencies.
• Act as a bridge between product teams, partner groups, and leadership to align on cross-functional needs.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate the implementation of new features and improvements.
• Provide input for future technical direction and share knowledge through internal councils.
• Support business consulting within the partner compensation functional area.
• Manage product trade-offs regarding cost, complexity, and customer impact.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, operations, or an equivalent.
• 5+ years of combined experience in business/IT consulting, operations management, or product management.
• Hands-on experience designing, delivering, or optimizing business processes across at least two core business capability domains.
• Practical experience in product management fields including strategy, roadmap definition, trade-offs, change management, and systems management.
• Proven experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle within Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, roadmap documentation, or decision frameworks for leadership.
• Understanding of business process design with fluency in multiple technology domains (preferred).
• Certification or understanding in SPM tools (Varicent, Xactly) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PMP, Scaled Agile) (preferred).
