What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in people management leading backend teams
  • Extensive industry experience (8+ years) in fast-paced, platform-focused development environments
  • Deep expertise in modern authentication protocols and emerging standards like Passkeys and WebAuthn
  • Proven track record designing and building authorization systems with models such as ReBAC, ABAC, or Zanzibar
  • Strong background in large-scale distributed system design, performance optimization, and reliability
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and drive a technical roadmap balancing security and developer velocity
