What you'll do

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams of 5+ engineers.
7+ years of industry experience in software development, ideally in HR-related applications.
Extensive experience with distributed system design and performance optimization.
Hands-on leadership and deep technical background in NodeJs/TypeScript, React, Python.
Experience with Generative AI development and fine-tuning including prompt flows and knowledge base optimization.
