What we're looking for
- 8+ years experience in high-scale software development focusing on platforms and data storage systems.
- Proven expertise in managing engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
- Deep understanding of data infrastructure components like data lakes, warehouses, and streaming systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud-based data ecosystems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure equivalents.
- Proficiency in modern data technologies including Spark, Flink, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes, Python/Java/Scala, SQL.
- Strong background in system architecture for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data platforms.
