Engineering Manager, Privacy Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead a team of software and privacy engineers to develop and maintain privacy protective tools.
• Implement privacy solutions for data collection, consent, and controls across the company's data ecosystem.
• Build and onboard horizontal privacy solutions and automate privacy rights management.
• Develop and roll out scalable automation, dashboards, and user experiences for data classification and retention.
• Define and execute product strategy roadmaps to improve privacy rights management and metadata cataloging.
• Identify privacy gaps through structured discovery to prioritize and justify investments in remediation programs.
• Define and track program metrics to report progress and effectiveness to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive technical decisions and system designs for privacy and security solutions in a large-scale environment.

What we're looking for

• Proven leadership experience in managing software development teams and building privacy or security solutions (preferred).
• Deep understanding of privacy and security frameworks, data classification, data protection controls, and records retention.
• Strategic and pragmatic thinking for product strategy roadmaps to improve privacy rights management and metadata catalog management.
• Ability to coach and manage high-performing teams by providing feedback in an inclusive and growth-oriented manner.
• Previous experience as a hands-on individual contributor with deep technical credibility and practical insight.
• System design and full stack development background with the ability to delegate and empower team members.
• Demonstrated experience using structured discovery of privacy gaps to inform prioritization and justify investment in remediation programs.
• Experience with GenAI being a force multiplier for scaling privacy and data protection (preferred).
