Engineering Manager, Parcel

What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance and leadership for a team of 8+ engineers across mobile, backend, and full-stack platforms.
• Manage the hiring process to build a diverse and inclusive engineering team.
• Translate complex business needs from multinational corporations into high-quality product requirements.
• Define the product roadmap and vision in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with analytics teams to measure the success and impact of delivered features.
• Oversee the development of transportation systems, including third-party integrations and in-house logistics capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Provide technical guidance and development for a team of 8+ engineers across Android, FullStack, and Backend.
• Own the hiring process to grow a diverse and inclusive engineering team.
• Collaborate with business and engineering leaders at multinational corporations to formulate product requirements.
• Partner with analytics and data counterparts to measure impact and success of products and features.
• Possess 2+ years of experience in people management, ideally leading a team of 8+ including senior engineers.
• Have prior experience working on a user-facing product.
• Have extensive experience as an engineer in a product-focused development environment.
• Demonstrate strong product intuition and the ability to lead full-stack engineering teams.
