What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Experience of 5+ years shipping Apple applications with a focus on complex, production-scale iOS products.
  • Proven experience managing and growing teams of senior engineers, including hiring and performance management.
  • Technical fluency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS SDK.
  • Ability to guide architectural decisions, maintain code quality, and ensure system performance.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools at a team level to establish workflows and guardrails.
  • Strong product instincts and familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate between technical, product, and design perspectives.
  • Understanding of mobile video editing workflows or the ability to learn them quickly.
