What you'll do

  • Design trust layer architecture for agentic commerce, aiming for industry standardization.
  • Improve the homegrown customer support agent system using advanced AI techniques.
  • Extend agentic systems to cover other critical parts of the customer journey with high ROI.

What we're looking for
