Engineering Leadership Development Program - Systems Engineer

The Engineering Leadership Development Program - Systems Engineer is a three-year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of highly qualified engineers by exposing them to various program types, business units, and elements of the design life cycle. In this role, you will perform operational analysis, develop concept of operations, and create design and implementation plans. You will also develop test plans, conduct tests, document results, and analyze systems requirements from end users. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting software and hardware using scripting tools while supporting the evaluation of complex system designs and architectures. The role requires skills in systems engineering, architecture, analysis, performance modeling, and model-based systems engineering. Candidates should be familiar with Rhapsody. This position focuses on solving technical challenges within the defense technology sector across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.
