Administer, configure, and provide operational support for enterprise test management and performance engineering toolsets.

Design and deploy integration solutions using messaging technologies like Apache Kafka and REST APIs.
Embed automated quality gates into enterprise CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Tekton, or Harness.
Develop and standardize functional test automation frameworks using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) tools.
Manage software assets to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities and ensure secure baseline configurations.
Ensure compliance with internal audit standards, risk management protocols, and disaster recovery procedures.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on the strategic roadmap for quality engineering platforms.
What we're looking for
13+ years of experience in software, platform, or quality engineering automation within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Proven track record providing operational support for enterprise-scale applications, including troubleshooting and remediating production performance issues.
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), disaster recovery exercises, and operational process improvements.
Deep administration experience with tools such as ALM-Quality Center, Zephyr Enterprise, Octane, or Core Performance Engineering.
Experience building automated functional testing frameworks using BDD tools like Cucumber or Behave.
Practical experience embedding quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Tekton, or Harness.
Experience developing integration services and data pipelines using Apache Kafka, message queues, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
