What you'll do

Diagnose, resolve, and document application errors within the UKG Pro WFM platform.
Gather requirements and develop and test key UKG Pro WFM modules.
Follow formal change management processes for all production system updates.
Integrate business and HR processes between UKG Pro WFM and platforms like Workday and Payroll.
Develop working solutions for business partners using UKG and Kronos platforms.
Implement changes for Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, and Forecasting modules.
Develop and implement Dell Boomi integrations for HR systems.
Configure and develop solutions within the Advanced Scheduling space.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
5+ years of experience in Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms.
Experience implementing changes in modules for Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, and Forecasting.
Experience using, developing, and implementing Dell Boomi Integrations.
Experience with Data Hub – Google BigQuery.
Working knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks, including integration capabilities and event-driven workflows.
Experience with development and configuration in the Advanced Scheduling Space.
Ability to perform root cause analysis, diagnose application errors, and gather requirements for UKG Pro WFM modules.
