As a Engenheiro(a) Sênior de Confiabilidade de Sites (SRE) – Storage within the Infrastructure Engineering team, you will design, develop, and manage automations across the entire lifecycle of storage services to ensure scalability, availability, and performance for critical workloads. You will collaborate with Storage Engineering, Platform Automation, and Observability teams to implement SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets while reducing operational noise through automated remediation. Your daily work involves managing volume provisioning, LUNs, snapshots, replication, and firmware updates using Ansible, Python, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. The role addresses complex storage challenges involving SAN/Block, NAS/File, and Object Storage across multivendor environments like Dell, Pure Storage, or NetApp. You will also manage incident escalations and integrate automation into AI-assisted platforms to protect the durability and capacity of corporate infrastructure.

What we're looking for
Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in Storage Engineering, SRE, Storage Operations, or large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
Advanced or fluent English proficiency to collaborate with global teams.
Advanced practical experience in at least two areas: SAN/Block, NAS/File, Object Storage, or equivalent corporate platforms (Dell, Pure Storage, NetApp, HPE).
Proven experience developing automations for storage platforms using Ansible, Python, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps.
Solid knowledge in observability, monitoring, service reliability, incident analysis, and troubleshooting complex distributed storage architectures.
Experience with multi-vendor environments, Zabbix or vROps, ServiceNow CMDB, GitLab CI, cloud storage, and hybrid architectures (preferred).
Familiarity with AI-assisted automation, agentic AI, LLM integration, regulated environments (SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), and audit evidence generation (preferred).
