Service Delivery Engineer 2

What you'll do

• Provision and configure network services on the SDN platform, including Firewall, NAT/PAT, QoS, and BGP.
• Implement Universal Customer Premise Equipment and update inventory management with IP assignments and CLLI codes.
• Create complete Bills of Materials for site hardware to ensure compatibility with customer service configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex IP networking and security issues to optimize network performance.
• Conduct tests and commission new uCPE and Wireless Backup circuits while documenting production readiness.
• Analyze and implement test and acceptance criteria for network elements to ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and configurations to Customer Project Managers during the Service Delivery process.
• Educate customers on service functionalities to enhance their understanding and satisfaction with provided solutions.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Must live within 50 miles of the office or self-relocate.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred; may consider equivalent coursework and experience).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Software-Defined Networking Wide Area Network (SD-WAN).
• Experience in troubleshooting complex IP networking and security issues.
• Experience in Customer Experience (CX).
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a variable schedule as necessary.
