What you'll do

Lead a team of experienced program managers and integrated product teams across multiple sites.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex development, production, and qualification efforts.
Develop and monitor financial forecasts including Earned Value Management (EVM) baselines and variance analysis.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders to shape program requirements and manage relationships.
Lead new business capture management and proposal development for follow-on programs and engineering change proposals.
Oversee project infrastructure including Work Breakdown Structures, risk management strategies, and resource staffing plans.
Coordinate with supply chain and engineering teams to ensure successful hardware production and NSA certification.
Drive process improvements by identifying best practices and lessons learned across the program lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Master's with 10 years, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
Experience as a Program Manager in government contracting and manufacturing environments.
Experience managing large, complex Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) and Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) programs.
Expert knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) with customer reporting.
Demonstrated ability to lead Proposal Development and Capture efforts.
Experience with Cost Plus and Fixed Price Contracting.
U.S. citizens.
