Encounters Technical Analyst

What you'll do

• Write simple to complex SQL queries, procedures, and reports for ad hoc and production data analysis.
• Analyze and document business data, processes, and trends to identify anomalies impacting business success.
• Conduct root cause analysis to develop and implement short-term and long-term solutions.
• Define, develop, and implement system enhancements or modifications to support strategic business goals.
• Participate in the development and prioritization of system updates.
• Execute test scripts and report outcomes or defects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure results are delivered.

What we're looking for

• 1 plus years of relevant programming or analytical experience.
• Proficiency in writing and modifying complex SQL queries and procedures.
• Experience working in a data warehouse environment with large data sets from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various audiences.
• Experience in the healthcare industry with claims or encounters.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• QNXT or Edifecs experience (preferred); EDI files experience (preferred); test script development (preferred); Agile methodologies (preferred).
