Email Implementation Lead, AI-Enabled, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across all major clients and devices.
• Build AI-ready modular email templates with consistent taxonomy and machine-readable structures for automated assembly.
• Establish and govern metadata standards, naming conventions, and versioning to support AI-assisted content production.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact to advise stakeholders on feasible email HTML solutions and trade-offs.
• Translate creative concepts from design and marketing teams into technically sound, accessible email builds.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues and implement robust fallbacks for client-specific constraints and dark mode.
• Utilize AI models to accelerate development, refactoring, debugging, and the generation of content variations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reusable patterns to improve team consistency and speed.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong hands-on experience developing HTML emails using table-based layouts, inline CSS, and client-compatible patterns.
• Proven ability to QA and troubleshoot email rendering issues across common email clients and devices.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts in clear, non-technical terms.
• Solid understanding of how email HTML/CSS capabilities differ from general web development.
• Experience using AI models/assistants in a development workflow for prompting, iteration, validation, and responsible use.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (preferred).
• Experience building modular email template systems, documentation, or working in Agile environments (preferred).
