What you'll do

Develop and deploy Agentic AI and machine learning solutions to automate complex chip design workflows.
Build and maintain software tools supporting logic design, functional verification, timing analysis, and physical design.
Design and implement efficient algorithms for large-scale software systems to improve design quality.
Create automated solutions for synthesis and place-and-route processes in semiconductor development.
Develop software tools specifically for IBM zSystems, Power Systems, Storage, and Quantum Computing products.
Implement software solutions that accelerate chip development and enhance overall design performance.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Java, Rust, or similar.
Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, digital logic design, and software engineering practices.
Coursework or project experience with AI, Agent Engineering, GenAI, or ML frameworks (preferred).
Familiarity with computer architecture, microarchitecture, and semiconductor design concepts (preferred).
