What you'll do

Develop and deploy pipelines and platforms to organize disparate data into meaningful insights.
Build scalable ETL and ELT workflows to process structured and unstructured data for reporting.
Create scripts and programs to convert hospital and EHR data into harmonized, analyzable formats.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms for mission-driven projects.
Implement real-time or near-real-time data ingestion pipelines.
Manage the operation and monitoring of large-scale data infrastructure.
Utilize Python, Java, SQL, and distributed computing tools to process enterprise-level data.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
3+ years of experience in application development and maintaining data applications at enterprise scale.
3+ years of experience retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data while building scalable ETL and ELT workflows.
Experience with Python, Java, SQL, Scala, NoSQL (including MongoDB or Cassandra), and distributed tools like Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop.
Experience with public cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Ability to develop scripts to convert hospital or EHR data into harmonized formats and support platform operations.
Experience with UNIX/Linux, real-time streaming applications, data warehousing (Redshift, MySQL, Snowflake), or Agile practices (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree.
