Key technical requirements include experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, and Ethernet. You will solve complex systems challenges by integrating advanced technologies into robust infrastructure solutions while leading cross-functional engineering teams through the full development lifecycle.

What you'll do

Author and coordinate design guides and specifications for new products.
Drive architectural direction and ensure feasibility for next-generation devices and platforms.
Set standards and determine design targets for cost, performance, and reliability.
Select appropriate components and suppliers to meet product requirements.
Manage the execution of designs with ODM and JDM partners.
Review design results and validation data from manufacturing partners.
Communicate technical updates and requirements across multiple internal product groups.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in hardware design, analysis, and debugging of complex printed circuit boards.
Understanding of power, mechanical, and thermal infrastructure surrounding printed circuit boards.
Experience in computer architecture and designing with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, and Ethernet.
Strong background in electrical or computer engineering with a solid understanding of server architecture.
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (preferred).
Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (preferred).
12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 8+ years with a Master's, or 3+ years with a PhD (preferred).
