Electrical Engineering Co-Op

What you'll do

• Translate high-level assembly requirements into clear, implementable, and testable hardware requirements.
• Participate in the design, development, and prototyping of hardware items from subsystem concepts.
• Develop, document, and execute verification test procedures for standalone hardware items.
• Analyze test data and communicate results to the engineering team.
• Identify opportunities to improve hardware performance, manufacturability, usability, or test processes.
• Explore responsible applications of AI to improve engineering efficiency and innovation.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preference for a student standing of sophomore or higher.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire (preferred).
• Experience with electronics, mechanical assemblies, embedded systems, test equipment, CAD, or hardware prototyping (preferred).
• Experience with test planning, data analysis, technical documentation, or root-cause investigation (preferred).
• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
