What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership during design reviews, hazard analyses, and failure investigations for electrical subsystems.
  • Interface with external suppliers to ensure technical alignment and continuity of supply for project requirements.
  • Develop engineering standards, design guidelines, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must have a Baccalaureate degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with no minimum experience required.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
  • Experience in analog/digital mixed-signal design, safety-critical circuit design, and EMC/ESD mitigation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to technical decisions within complex, multidisciplinary systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to take ownership of assigned work and support project execution is preferred.
