Vulnerability Management Intern

What you'll do

• Own specific components of project work and deliverables under the guidance of a mentor.
• Conduct research and analyze data to develop recommendations for real business decisions.
• Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes and the member experience.
• Apply organizational processes and technologies to address specific business needs.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to department leadership regarding project results.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company business and comply with HIPAA and other compliance policies.

What we're looking for

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, management information systems, information technology, information security, or computer science.
• Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical PC skills, especially Office 365 and virtual team collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong interest in technology and pursuing a career in Cybersecurity (preferred).
• Participation in 'Capture the Flag', IT Hacking, or other similar competitions (preferred).
• Involvement in IT related Associations/Organizations or participation in relevant technical competitions (preferred).
