DUV Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain module manufacturing processes for DUV Reticle stage, Wafer Table, and Air Gauge modules.
• Generate labor hour/cycle time reduction roadmaps to meet production targets efficiently.
• Lead cross-sector teams to implement Manufacturing readiness plans for new product introduction.
• Investigate technical issues analytically using design documentation and physically in a production environment.
• Report production status, issues, gaps, and barriers to senior management regularly.

What we're looking for

• At least 8 years of experience in production/manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement Manufacturing readiness plans for new products.
• Strong background in developing budgetary needs for facilities, capital equipment, and headcount.
• Experience leading cross-sector teams to achieve high standards of quality and performance.
• Demonstrated capability to work under deadlines and in a clean room environment with gowning requirements.
• Solid understanding of production management, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement Techniques.
• Ability to inspire and coach individuals and groups for career development and performance targets.
