What you'll do

  • Drive rapid prototyping of new algorithms for GPU-accelerated platforms.
  • Work with industry partners and standards bodies to drive innovations in next-G technology.
  • Develop new applications in Integrated Sensing and Communications, Semantic Communications, and Physical AI at the Edge.

What we're looking for

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 20+ years industry experience.
  • Deep technical knowledge in communication systems, AI/ML, RAN applications, and system optimizations.
  • Expertise in architecting wireless core technologies including accelerated UPF and developing RAN algorithms.
  • Proven experience applying AI techniques to RAN pipelines (L1, L2+) and 5G NR PHY/L1 design.
  • Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, C/C++, Matlab, and statistical analysis.
