What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in imaging or machine learning.
  • Master's or PhD in Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on skills in machine learning algorithm development.
  • Solid background in signal and image processing or color imaging.
  • Proficiency in Python including familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI technology and applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
