What you'll do

Develop new calibration approaches and test plans to improve display optical performance.
Create identification and classification models to quantify front-of-screen display performance.
Develop image processing methods for defect inspection.
Analyze measurement data to build computer vision and machine learning models that resolve display problems.
Characterize display failures and capture the necessary datasets for analysis.
Design and execute machine learning experiments using standard ML libraries.
Translate cross-functional technical insights into production-ready algorithms and models.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
3+ years of industry experience or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Python and fundamental machine learning concepts.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow/JAX, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with the full machine learning lifecycle including data curation, training, and evaluation.
Working knowledge of digital image processing and computer vision techniques.
Preferred Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or Computer Engineering.
Strong domain background in display technologies, optical metrology, or color science.
