  • Own the quality architecture and test strategy for Lingo’s full technology stack, including AI/ML models.
  • Lead verification strategy for biosensor and CGM data integrity and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain testing infrastructure for continuous high-frequency releases across platforms.
  • Champion a shift-left testing culture, embedding quality thinking into design and development.

What we're looking for

  • Over 15 years of experience in software or test engineering, including scaling global quality teams.
  • Proven track record in building and leading distributed quality engineering functions across multiple geographies.
  • Hands-on expertise in mobile quality engineering for consumer applications at scale on iOS and/or Android platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD systems and integration of automated testing into delivery workflows.
  • Experience owning quality compliance in regulated environments, adhering to IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and related standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in fast-paced, cross-functional consumer technology settings.
