What you'll do

Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle of scalable platforms and services.
Grow and develop a team of TPMs while building the foundations for the TPM practice.
Simplify complex technical concepts to drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
Drive large and complex programs by owning the business or technical vision and securing commitments on deliverables.
Lead resilience and reliability engineering initiatives including chaos engineering and failure mode analysis.
Manage site reliability engineering, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery programs at scale.
Execute programs within highly regulated environments to ensure compliance and business impact.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building scalable platforms, products, or services to identify and mitigate risks.
Experience as a TPM leader to grow a team of TPMs and build the TPM practice.
5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience with site reliability engineering, observability, incident response, or disaster recovery (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery and delivering large, complex programs (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
