What you'll do

Lead complex, multi-year integration initiatives and define large-scale integration strategies for finance technology.
Drive application convergence and data migration efforts aligned with long-term technical visions.
Establish operating mechanisms, maturity models, and tooling to scale the TPM discipline across portfolios.
Develop and align program roadmaps based on business objectives, technical solutions, and dependency sequencing.
Lead cross-platform technical investment planning to ensure architectural alignment and platform reuse.
Serve as an executive escalation point for program risks and data-driven trade-offs regarding speed, cost, and resiliency.
Define measurable outcomes for platform success including availability, scalability, cost efficiency, and developer velocity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
Experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service oriented architecture (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing, preferably AWS (preferred).
3+ years of experience building highly scalable products and platforms (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs (preferred).
MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
