Director, Technical Centre

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for Unit Dose and Multi Dose process-related issues and investigations.
• Drive process development and yield improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Manage Drug Substance introductions and monitor core production processes.
• Lead initiatives in process validation, facility requalification, and sterilization qualifications.
• Oversee cleaning and computer system validations to ensure compliance.
• Spearhead New Product Introduction (NPI) for neurotoxin and biologic pipelines.
• Collaborate with global CMC teams on product transfers and regulatory filings.
• Manage the Biolab process development lab and drive digital technical initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Science, or Technology (preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical technical or relevant roles.
• Extensive Drug Product experience is an essential requirement.
• Proven leadership and people management experience across various levels and departments as a leader of leaders.
• Experience in end-to-end Product Transfer and launch phases with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Exceptional collaborative, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to manage unexpected constraints.
