Director, Supply Chain
As the Director, Supply Chain, you will build and lead the supply chain function at the Arsenal-1 facility from the ground up. You will be responsible for establishing the multi-year strategy, including organizational design, process architecture, systems roadmap, and talent development to ensure material, capacity, and supplier readiness ahead of production milestones. Your daily work involves managing risk registers, defining operating models for kitting and inventory, and overseeing capital and infrastructure requirements. You will drive supplier readiness, manage BOM risks, and oversee ERP/MRP system stabilization. The role requires expertise in S&OP processes, manufacturing operations, and hardware production environments. You must be proficient in ERP/MRP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle to move the operation from manual workarounds to scalable systems while navigating complex defense program requirements and contract-driven delivery commitments.
Build and lead the supply chain function for the Arsenal-1 factory from the ground up.

Manage material readiness by ensuring supplier qualification, capacity reservation, and dual-source coverage before production starts.

Translate complex supply chain risks and constraints into clear recommendations for executive leadership.
Transition manual workarounds into scalable, automated processes using ERP/MRP systems.
Hire and develop a high-performing team of planners, buyers, and material leaders.
What we're looking for
10+ years in supply chain, materials management, planning, or manufacturing operations in a hardware environment.
5+ years managing people and at least 2 years managing managers or leading a multi-team function.
Experience building and scaling an organization by hiring senior talent and designing organizational structures.
Proven experience owning S&OP or equivalent enterprise planning processes with accountability for material availability and schedule attainment.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Experience in high-growth hardware, aerospace, defense environments, or scaling from low-rate to high-rate production (preferred); MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
